Thanks for the tip. I just tried my first Seattle cheesesteak at Calozzi's and was not particularly impressed. The meat was good and plentiful, they ofter several cheese options that were good, but I felt the bread could be improved. It was very soft and totally soggy in no time.
I'd prefer the crust to be a bit crisp to contrast (and contain) the totally mushy inner-bread that is soaked cheesy meaty goodness.
