I think Zacaggni's cheesesteak is only sometimes featured, but is worth finding. The grill is 3 feet from the window and it comes across the counter hot. 30 feet away is a window seat with napkins. Ba'da'bing, ba'da'boom.
Thanks for the tip. I just tried my first Seattle cheesesteak at Calozzi's and was not particularly impressed. The meat was good and plentiful, they ofter several cheese options that were good, but I felt the bread could be improved. It was very soft and totally soggy in no time.
I'd prefer the crust to be a bit crisp to contrast (and contain) the totally mushy inner-bread that is soaked cheesy meaty goodness.
