Cai vs. Ming Hin for Dim Sum

Hello,
My girlfriends and I are headed to Chicago for the first time soon. I grew up in NYC and really miss good Dim Sum. I've taken them for Dim Sum here in Minneapolis, but it was only mediocre. I am looking for a place to take them for a really solid meal. We would prefer a place with cart service over menu service. Cai and Ming Hin seem to get the best reviews. Do either of these have cart service? Is there another place you would recommend?
Thank you!

I think the experience is closest to NY at Phoenix. Some items are great... some less so. Be prepared to wait in line if you're not there on the early side.

I believe Phoenix still has cart service, although I can't speak to its quality. For many years it was considered the best in town, but dim sum is not one of Chicago's culinary strong points (at least not when compared to some West Coast and Canadian cities).

No cart service at either. I prefer Cai as they have more tofu dishes.
