Mid-priced Eats on the Strip

Hi all,

I need to find a restaurant for 5 people on Friday night that is mid-priced on the strip... which I know is hard to find on the strip. One person in my party made reservations at Nobu, but my understanding is that the total there would probably come out to be at least $40-50 per person. I'm trying to hit about $30-35 per person. Like maybe we all share an app, get an entree each, and share a dessert? Any suggestions are welcome as we're getting down to the wire...

Wow, $35pp is a bit tough on the Strip. My first thought was one of the tapas restaurants, Julian Serano and Jaleo, both very good (I prefer Jaleo, by slimmest of margins). At Mandalay Bay there is Border Grill which has very good, not great, "Modern Mexican". Getting a $25 certificate for $4 online is super easy. Also close by is the Burger Bar, which is also very good. Mon Ami Gabi in Paris is also a consideration but one of the best parts of eating there is the outdoor dining which may too chilly this time of year. I am not a huge buffet fan but there are a couple that do an excellent job and could fit the bill. Those are just a couple of thoughts.

You could do Charlie Palmers 'cut of the week' for 3 courses with wine for $48pp..its on the high price point but what a deal..Mandalay Bay.

Happy hour at Todd English PUB.

Off the strip, is Lotus of Siam, that is off the chain good for Thai..near the LV Hilton.

      LA Cave at the Wynn.

As suggested on Yelp - DOCG, China Poblano, Todd English Pub all fit the bill. Public House at Venetian would be another.

I second Mon Ami Gabi. Wolfgang Puck in the MGM might fit your requirements. If you're willing to go just a little bit off the strip...Ping Pang Pong, Cortez Room, and Noodle House...all at the Gold Coast...are all good values.
