bistro with veg fare?

I'm travelling to Montreal in a few days, and I'm interested in trying at least one of the bistros there, a place that has Quebec fare that I wouldn't come across here in Chicago. My only problem is that my travelling companion is a vegetarian who doesn't even eat sea food, so I'd like to find a place that would give him a few options, too. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I guess this is old news, but the best place is La Comensal. I am also from Chicago, and I make a pilgrimage there nearly every year!

Les Vivres (not sure where it is but it is Vegan and is supposed to be excellent)

Does anyone know where "faim de monde" has moved to???
