Red Bank Restaurant Week - Any Recommendations ?

scrappyone Feb 21, 2014 05:30 AM

Feb 16-27, excluding weekends, theres quite a few choices for $ 30 prix fix dinners. Too many choices to try, can anyone point to a few selections that are worthwhile ? Open to any type of cuisine.

Via 45 is offering their regular menu along with a few specials attached to a $5-10 upcharge. Neither portion size nor quality is compromised & they offer at least 15 entrees from which you can choose. I've never been disappointed by a meal there.

Have to agree on Via 45. Consistently some of the best food in the state.

I see char is on that list. I wonder what they are serving for 30 dollars.

I woulda guessed a draft beer.

As to the OP, my suggestion with all such deals is to generally approach the offer as a way to sample a place you've thought about but have never been to. It's sorta like a spring training baseball game. Tickets are cheap, you get to see the team, but not all the stars are going to take the field and those that do know it's not October. It can still be fun though!

That being said, I'd pick either Via 45 or Biagio if you were inviting me to be your guest.
