Looking for a birthday lunch for a Wednesday afternoon in or very near (south of preferably) Nashua, NH.

Something nice for an older lady who tastes lean to the mainstream.

Any suggestions a re welcome, as we can use them for other lunches as well.

I'd like to keep it under $100 for 3, with no alcohol.

Thanks for any input you can offer.

Left Bank in Tyngsboro at the Stone Hedge Inn may be nice.

There is a Burton's at the Pheasant Lane Mall and another in Westford.

We normally go out for Indian or sushi or Korean....so trying to think more mainstream for you.

Thanks, I'd normally do the same, but the birthday girl is persnickety!

There are a couple decent options in downtown Nashua:

MT's Local - straightforward italian/american, formerly Michael Timothy's, they expanded the menu a lot and made it more of a nice casual restaurant. I've never been dissappointed, but I've never had an amazing meal there either - it's a nice safe option that would befit a birthday lunch for an older lady.

Shira Kiku is a Korean restaraunt - a much higher risk proposition, but the food there is very good, and is a nice friendly introduction to Korean cuisine.

MT's is a great choice, but they aren't open for lunch on Wednesdays. I agree that Burton's is a good choice.

Thanks to all for the input. We went to Left Bank, and the birthday girl could not have been happier!

Thanks for reporting back and happy to hear she was pleased. I haven't been there yet, but keep meaning to take my inlaws to brunch.

An impressive space and location. french front of house staff. Food was good, but mot mind blowing. Its a "whole experience" kind of place, and perfect for older folks who tend to like that kind of thing.
