I can't for the life of me remember the name or the food incubator that was launched in California right after CA passed the cottage food law. any body know? Its basically a market and test kitchen for those wanting to start a food business, such as gourmet salts to send at a farmers market...I am in Boston, I have no idea if it was southern or northern California. I might have read about it in food and wine or bon appetite... Thanks in advance!!!

There are a number of incubators to encourage food entrepreneurship. Can't think of one that launched just after the passing of the law, but maybe these will help you.
