Hong Kong - Serge et Phoque?
Does anyone have an opinion about Serge st Phoque? The New York Times just recommended it. Is it worth going there for dinner?
My one and only experience didn't do much for me. I found many of the flavour combinations didn't work that well. I have heard they have changed menu formats a few times as they tune the place and I did go in it's early incarnation so it may now have hit it's groove - I would be interested to hear more recent reports.
