Late night fine dining in Vegas

My husband and I are going to be in Las Vegas at the end of June with some family members. They have purchased show tickets for a Sunday night at 7:30. Where dinner will be is not important to them. It is very important to us, as we don't want to miss a night of dining. We would love to know of somewhere on the strip that seats after 10 p.m. on a Sunday night. Thanks.

Where is the show? Will help in making recommendations. Also, 10pm is alot of cut off times for "finer" dining. However, there are few, if any, show's in LV that run longer than 2hrs (most are in the 1:30-2hr range so that may improve you chances of going to some of the better places.

Go the "FIX" at the Bellagio for late night dining. Its trendy and the food is great.
