          Easy to grow. Not so easy to grow commercially visa vi the harvesting/drying/processing/marketing.
          Virtually impossible to prevent the little blue flowers from turning brown during all the end of growing BS.

            I wasn't aware that we are growing it commercially.
            I thought the OP wanted it for personal use.

            BTW - I make a wonderful lavender pannacotta from my plants at home.

          Right now? Dunno. I always buy my fresh stuff at the Farmer's Market.

          Bought some culinary use dried at Galloways the other day and just made some lavender syrup with it.
