Any Sunday morning menudo anywhere in/near Phoenix?

Looking for early Sunday morning menudo anywhere in/near Phoenix. Any recommendations?

(Pozole possible if no good menudo to be found.)

Exit2lef, thanks for the suggestions. My plans might change to a desire for Saturday menudo, and strangely the Mexican restaurants seem to open later on Saturdays. Still hoping to find something open about 8am on Saturday.

Open Sat and Sun at 8am, excellent menudo both days(and chilaquiles!)

Thanks. That's a perfect opening time, especially since I'm not finding anything in Scottsdale? (Not surprising?)

El Molino, located at Osborn where Goldwater Boulevard branches off from Scottsdale Road, has offered menudo at times, but I don't see it listed on the restaurant's site today. I'd call to be sure. If there's any menudo to be had in Scottsdale, it will most likely be there or somewhere further south in the city.

Not anticipating a hangover, but simply desiring something delicious! Should add that if there's a place to the north of the city (particularly in Scottsdale), that's a bonus.

Pepe's Taco Villa -- Camelback just west of 19th Ave, open at 9 AM on Sundays with menudo colorado on the menu as a weekend special

La Tolteca -- 12th St & Van Buren; serves menudo every day; unsure of Sunday opening time

Rosita's Place -- McDowell just west of 24th St, serves both menudo and posole every day during cooler months but suspends some items during the summer heat. Opens at 8 on Sundays.

There are probably a lot of other choices I'm not even thinking of right now.

Sounds like a hangover remedy session, right?
