Corporate Happy Hour in the South Loop area

gtch4ever Feb 6, 2014 11:40 AM

I'm in need of a unique location for a Happy Hour on March 26th. Approx 50 people, trying to stay away from a hotel ballroom or foyer. Would like an 'older' bar or nice restaurant with private area. My audience will include attorneys and sales people. Moderate spending range.

Not a huge fan of their menu but if it's happy hour-ish expectations then the rooftop (tented in Winter) at the Plymouth is a decent choice on price and venue.

South Branch at W Monroe and the river (just West of S Wacker) would be able to help you.

The Wacker trio of Restaurant Americas places all do nice happy hour as well.

Tradition (used to be Par Bar) on Randolph and Franklin has a damn good happy hour, good drinks, and it's reasonably priced. Nice-looking on the inside, too.
