Suggestions for 21st Birthday Planning

Hi Everyone,

So my 21st is in three weeks, so I know I need to make arrangements within the next few days or as soon as possible. I want to have something simple, dinner and drinks with some girlfriends - not everyone is 21, I just don't know where that isn't an issue. I had heard of some kind of 20s-style club on the Lower East Side a few months ago, but can't seem to find anything about it on Google now, but I had considered that as an after-dinner option (possibly - but dinner and drinks would also be fine). I am a vegetarian, but no one else has any dietary restrictions. Preferably it would be priced moderately (we're college students, after all), but I'm willing to pay extra for a nice place. If anyone has any suggestions, I would really appreciate it. Cheers!

If you want to do something mildly rowdy.. you can always do one of the all you can eat sushi options (involves all you can drink as well). Azuki on park ave is one place like this and there are a bunch in the East village. You can also do a BYOB place like the Kuma Inn. The all you can eat sushi places are pretty cheap and add in alcohol can be very affordable. You can also try a place in murray hill like Khao Sarn II for good but inexpensive thai food. If you are looking for drinks and your not 21 your best bet is going to be in around NYU area in Greenwich village... One option that comes to mind is Bar None.

Let me know if you need some more ideas.

I think you are referring to Stanton Social in the LES.
Kuma Inn is a great idea.
