Hamburger Buns

We are going for the Ne Plus Ultra cheeseburger this Sunday while we watch "the Big Game" (I think if I type "Super Bowl" I have to pay the NFL $) .

I am stuck not knowing where to go to source amazingly-good buns. We may settle on a good Parisian or large Baguette hollowed out a bit (sort of a San Francisco thing) but ideally would sort of like something more traditional. I want something with structure that'll stand up to a big meaty, juicy, hunk of sexiness.

I am not interested in Brioche for the style of burgers we are making.

Any ideas? I don't even mind if they come in a grocery package if they are awsome (eg- if Rudi's makes something amazing)

For a couple of years now we've been using grilled English muffins for our burgers. We grind our own meat and wimpy buns just didn't seem 'worthy.' Love them. I mix some chipotles in adobo with mayo to dress them.
