I've been trying to find a hands-on cooking class (not those demos that restaurants call cooking classes) and I've been seeing a lot lately about this company called Chef Alyssa's Kitchen.

They have their classes inside a farmers market which is pretty cool. and Chef alyssa used to be an executive chef and cooked at the james beard house.

Does anyone know anything about them?! They seem like good classes. And their actually a lot cheaper then other places i've seen. I live 45 minutes north of Charlotte so just want to make the best decision before we trek down there.
