  1. I like it but haven't seen a new one in a long time. There is an old thread here somewhere.

    1. "There are no rules in a knife fight!" (From 'Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid')

      1. When Esquire tv first launched I highlighted a few food shows on this board.

I've caught maybe three episodes of KF so far. Those 3 have repeated often. But I like the feel of the show and the raw, fast speed of chefs thinking on their feet. A few celebs thrown in the judging mix doesn't sway me one way or the other but the friendly atmosphere to highlight the chefs makes all the people involved fun to watch.

I was home sick for a week and the DVR hit 7 of them... so it is an old show? :(

Oh no not at all. Esquire TV is a new channel and Knife Fight is a new show, first season.

            What did you think?

I love it. There is a "pureness" to it. It reminds of family dinner where I stage or when we do a smack down on dark nights for charity where it is really about food...not all shiny and pretty ..but who kicks out the wow..

Well said. I completely agree. Every time I watch, I want to BE there.

Ilan made a cattle call on Twitter for audience members a few weeks ago for season two

        2. Apparently there are 18 episodes. I think I watched 1-7, on demand, around the time somene mentioned it here last fall

          1. I still can't find episodes 8-18. Have they already aired? It comes on at during the workday here, and they are repeats.

Hey! A trailer for episode 18 on their website!

Okay, I figured out when some newer ones come on, and set my box to record them. This is the first time I've done that!

The show is on hiatus right now but the 18 episodes are avail on Side Reel if you want to register.

Cool! So is that Hulu, or something different?

                Ah, I see.

Different. Did you check Hulu? I haven't...
I checked Couchtuner and Project Free TV but neither had the series.
