We r arriving in vegas this weekend and we have show tickets for Saturday night at 630. I noticed that most fine dining spots do not open til 5. Does anyone have a recommendation for a dinner spot where we won't be in a hurry? We are staying at mandarins oriental and the 630 show is at ceasers. We are considering a buffet but we arent sure if that would suffice as fine dining. Maybe bellagio buffet?

I wouldn't consider it fine dining and given it is Super Bowl weekend, second busiest of the year, there may be long lines all weekend, but head over to the Oyster Bar at The Palace Station. Solid, some very good to excellent choices, huge portions and easy on the wallet.

The Forum Shops at Ceasars has excellent options from The Palm to Spago to Joe's Stone Crab...and much more. No problem with most of them serving all day from their main menus....check the website

Spago, in the Forum Shops, is open straight through between 11 a.m. -- 11 p.m.
