I've been struggling to fill the same hole since Edy's Chicken & Steak closed years ago near my home.

Cholo's in N. Miami Beach at 1127 NE 163rd St. has good rotisserie chicken and a variety of potato dishes of course. Authentic Peruvian. Not fancy but filled with Peruvians having a good time. They have chica morada, a drink made from purple corn. It is very delicious. Easy parking in the back.

I second Cholo's for the northeastern Dade county region.

La Granja is Peruvian, but they don't make the best Peruvian chicken around. I have bad better even at La Licuadora or Pardo's.

La Granja is definitely Peruvian style rotisserie chicken - though I've not tried and can't speak to whether it's any good.

La Granja is definitely Peruvian. They have a green garlic sauce that is killer too.
