anniversary party takeout suggestions

KhaoSanRoad Jan 24, 2014 10:48 AM

we are looking to bring in food from some top kitchens around the downtown area for our team to just have a low key celebration of our 3rd anniversary and treat them to great food.

we have already selected:
burgers from burgers priest
baos from banh mi boys
fried chicken from bar isabel
pasta from tutti matti
nutella crepes from cafe crepe
cookies/pie from momofuku

hoping to add salads, fresh light hor d'oeuvres, and maybe some coffee.

any suggestions?

I would perhaps forgo the fried chicken, possibly even the pasta as well, as those foods tend to not travel well.

If you want to stick to the downtown core, perhaps call up Splendido or even David Lee and see if they would be willing to work with you on some 'smaller bites' for Apps.

That sounds like an awesome staff party!

adding donuts & coffee from little nickys

thinking of grand electric tacos and maybe QMP salads.

I'm assuming you've got an in with gvg/an arrangement made already but just in case and for the sake of alerting as many people as possible to this's ad news fried chicken is no longer on the menu at Isabel as of the last time I went on Friday

bar isabel tweeted: "Incase you didn't know. Fried Chicken survived our late night menu" on the 23rd.
