I noticed yesterday that our small wine cooler had malfunctioned and the temp had risen to 90 degrees. I do not know just how long the wine was at that temp. It could of been few days (no more than 3) or just a few hours. Are the bottles ruined? How long can they be exposed to that high of a temp? Thanks.
the answer is 'maybe'.
You might be lucky, and they've not been warm for very long, or you could have a cooler full of cooked wine.
there's no way to tell, especially without knowing varieties and vintages.
I would keep them for "just us" consumption, and make sure I had wine I could rely on if I were having company.
