Rachel and Guys's celebrity cookoff show, where to find recipes from it?

Hey Hey

I was watching the taped show last night where Herschel Walker made a white sauce that went over really well. Anyone know how to find the recipe or did anyone get what went into it? I have googled & looked online with no results. TIA

I put it on my phone though and took a pix of it also so as not to lose it.

So, what did you think of the sauce? And what did you put the sauce on pray tell :)

                          1. re: HillJ

so I bought the man a few hot Italian sausages from a specialty deli and thought I could run a paint brush of this stuff over them. but didn't. the sausages were from a 'new to us' deli out in the boondocks and didn't know if they'd even need anything extra flavor wise.
he said they were the best sausages he's ever had just plain rubbed with butter (I know ... don't say it)
and tossed on the grill. but....I actually made the white paint because I could. :))))

hubby and I both had a taste after it got assembled and both like it a bunch-it'll come in very handy. it should be called green paint because of the flecks though, no?

So many uses...plenty of time. :)

      1. I actually use a nearly identical grilling glaze on salmon. I just use a good deal less mayo. Read the recipe on Eating Well magazine.

        1. TNX.....
          lov you both.
didn't remember it being called grill paint.
sorry HillJ, I'd probably use more mayo-love mayo (hiding behind a couch here :(

I'm not a big mayo fan and even then only Hellman's.

secret don't tell a soul, I collect mayonnaise from every place I go around this country visiting family. you never know what's gonna pop into your shopping cart in Harris Tweeter, no that's not the name of the supermarket but it's gorgeous whatever it's called :)
