They are now serving yellow tail bubbles at there sunday brunch....

      Yellow Tail is a very inexpensive wine from Australia. Here's a link to the product the OP mentioned:

      Since the wine is from Australia, they can't call it champagne, but the tone of this winery is so breezy, they don't even call it sparkling wine on the label. Just "bubbles."

      Online price for this is $8.99. To put this in perspective, Roederer Estate Brut, a lovely but not the best American sparkling is about $22 a bottle. I really like this wine but it doesn't even make Gayot's list of Top 10 American sparkling wines.
