Sean Brock in Greensboro

Heard about this on the radio and thought I would pass along. There is an Atlantic Foodways Conference in Greensboro. Brock Headlines one event with other local chefs leading another dinner and a lunch, the dinners are roughly $90 including alcohol while the lunch is $50

  1. For $90 a head, the Low Country menu seemed underwhelming. Although I think Brock is a wonderful chef, I came away wondering whether the menu was missing a course or two. (Particularly when compared to the Italian meal planned for the next day.)
