Anybody have a source for curing salt (sel rose) in the Daytona area?
Morton's Tender quick wont work for you?Walmart, Publix, Cabelas, Bass Pro Shop, Etc. usually carries it.William Sonoma will carry "Sel Rose" sometimes, but you pay the price.
I've got a recipe for curing pork tenderloin as if it were ham and it specifically calls for sel rose. Since posting my request for a local source, I've ordered some online thru Amazon.
