Good food in Green Valley, AZ?

Hello Chowhounds! - In March I will be leading a group of students from Salt Lake City to S.E. arizona for a 8 day field course. We will be staying about 15 min. from Green Valley and are looking for a couple of good (not to expensive, we are students) resturants, mexican, South American, or otherwise in the area. Thanks much.
