They make up several varities every day, usually pulling the ingredients straight from their produce section. The downside is that it isn't cheap. If you are in Texas you must go to Teo in Austin. They are rated as a top 10 gelato shop in the United States by Yahoo, Forbes and Msnbc. I think it all started 6 years ago and opened up as Babbos (until Mario Batali made them change their name)..anyway the gelato is authentic and yummy. They have Italian espresso and good ole joe! Opens at 7am and closes at 11pm...I found this all out while we were staying at the hospital across the street.....i asked what they use and they do not put corn syrup or other additives in their product.
