Should I eat this?

I wanted to make a chicken and morel dish for dinner tonight but when I opened a bag of premium jumbo dried, Oregon morels there were dead bugs in the bag. I rinsed them then soaked them in warm water to reconstitute and am considering putting my big boy Andrew Zimmern pants on and using them. I had a problem with these "flour moths" in the summer and form what I can find on the internet they pose no harm to humans if eaten. Is there any reason not to use them?

Morels are so delicious and not inexpensive, I'd soak/rinse until I was reasonably sure they were bug-free, then enjoy.

Nothing wrong with eating bugs. Or especially morels with dead bugs rinsed off :)

Sometimes I have to put a maggot in my teeth when jimmy-ing up a trout lure. Darn big fingers.

      I'd use them without concern.
