Cannellini in cupcakes?

This Martha Stewart recipe
http://www.yummly.com/recipe/external...
uses white beans
Does anyone know how this would affect the outcome, would the cupcakes immediately (first bite) seem weird?

There are lots of recipes that use beans in baked goods. Not weird at all. Google Midnight Brownies, which contain black beans. Besan, which is chickpea flour, can be subbed for part of the flour in any simple cupcake/muffin/layer cake recipe. A cookbook I got at Costco, Spilling the Beans, has some of these easy recipes.

I don't think you will even notice them. I've made black bean brownies a number of times and waited until my friends ate the last crumb and finished telling me how great they were before i said there were beans in them- kinda blew their minds.
