              Suntory makes very good whisky and I'm willing to bet they continue that tradition of proper spirit making with this purchase. After all, you buy Old Grand Dad bourbon (esp the BIB) because you know you will be getting a great product at a great price. I'm sure they are aware of the history and tradition and will go forward with that.

                I expect very good things to come of this. Suntory make and oversee very good products. The Beam products will probably be still made where they always have, but with improved efficiency and quality control.
