I can only critique the McKinney Avenue Truluck's in Dallas where I've eaten many times.
Service: Strictly perfunctory.
Ambience: The temperature in the restaurant always seems to be set at uncomfortably cold.
Food: The fabulous crab claws alone are worth putting up with all the above!

I believe this must be in the rule book for just about every seafood restaurant. Maybe they have to keep everything cold including the fish that has yet to hit the pan, customers be damned.
