Hi All!

My cousin just lost his wife and we would like to prepare some freezer food for him. He has celiac disease so it's important that all ingredients are gluten free.

Thanks!

Here is an excerpt from the free "Quick Start Guide" from the http://scdlifestyle.com/ website. I don't know if this is necessary. Perhaps somebody more knowledgeable can chime in.

Gluten and other grain proteins are very sticky (think cookie dough sticky). It is very important that you deep clean your counter surfaces and all the steel kitchen equipment you intend to use to make sure you’re not
going to contaminate your foods. Do not use old wooden utensils, Teflon pans, or plastic food containers, because it is next to impossible to remove the old grain proteins from the cracks and crevices in these materials.
