Campo de Montalban Substitution?

I know that Campo de Montalban is related to Manchego, but is there an easily available cheese that will either

a) substitute for Campo de Montalban (not necessarily the same, but kinda similar)


b) melt well and will pair nicely with Manchego?

  1. I've not tasted Campo de Montalban, but Queso Iberico should be similar. Campo de M is 40% sheeps milk, 40% goats milk and 20% cows. By regulation, Queso Iberico is mixed milk also, but must contain at least 50% cows milk.
