ISO Carcass (Duck) Press

Does anyone know of a reasonably priced duck press? I want to use it for extracting all the goodness out of cooked poultry carcasses (chicken, duck, game birds) for sauce making.I used to make a chicken with morel cream sauce using one that was to die for.When I search online I only see French ornamental ones made for table side cooking that cost $1,000.00 and up. You should be able to buy a highly functional one for a couple of hundred dollar, I would think but I've never seen one. Maybe because there is very little demand? Does anyone know if something like this exists? Thanks!

    I, too, have been looking for a press. If you seach "duck press" on ebay, you will turn up a few vintage cast iron pieces of Americana, but I do not know if their screens and other innards are set up like the French models. These can be had for a modest price. If you buy one and it works for you, please report your results.

    Otherwise, I think you have to stumble on to one of the dedicated presses being sold by someone who doesn't know what they are...
