I'm new to sushi so I can't explain in an educated fashion why I liked it so much, except to say that it was a wonderful experience. The food was good and the presentation was creative. The staff, both kitchen and wait, were very attentive and appeared to have an investment in our opinions of the exeprience. We'll have to go back and try it again. It is a bit cramped in there...it feels a little claustrophobic because of the space. The service was fine, and the sushi was good, and it was reasonably priced. I'm not exactly a sushi expert either, so I can't go into great detail on the food. Suffice it to say, it all tasted good, and we'll be back again! ;^) BTW, have you tried the Indian place next door to Kappas? I'm curious about that as well. That might be next Friday afternoon.
