Where to eat in/near Cherry Hill on a Tuesday night?

Going to be in Cherry Hill next Tuesday for work and looking for something good for dinner. I don't get to Cherry Hill much anymore and I am wondering if there's any place I shouldn't miss. Divey chow is fine and so is any other can't miss foodie joints.

  1. I don't know any truly local spots down there, but after the Phila Marathon, I wanted to get out of town to eat. We had a very tasty meal at the Silver Diner on Rt 38 just across from the Cherry Hill Mall (en route to the Turnpike). I wasn't familiar with this small chain as this is their only NJ location, but it's NOT a regular NJ diner. Think local meats and produce, bison and a mess of veggie options. REALLY! You can look at menus here: www.silverdiner.com

There's also a Seasons 52 in the parking lot of the CH Mall. Another HEALTHY option! It's one of the only chain restaurants I'll go to.

    1. Han Dynasty, 404 Route 70, Cherry Hill. You will not be disappointed.

        I was thinking about them.

Funny story about their website. I logged in and checked out the menu a little while back when some hounds had a mtg there. The site url runs the name together into handynasty.com. When my wife used my computer later she asked me about handy nasty ;o)

See? This is the kind of info I *don't* have. And while I'm not down there often any more, I do always wonder about all of the pho spots I pass on 70/38!

the best for Vietnamese in Cherry Hill is the one in the Greentree shopping center (corner of Springdale and Greentree, one block north of Rt.70)- Pho Eden.

          2. There is also a SangKee noodle house near Han Dynasty.

It's like a better version of China Bowl in Edison.

I haven't been to but Fuji in nearby Haddonfield supposed to be a very good Japanese restaurant.

Fuji is outstanding for Japanese. Odd location in a little self-contained building of shops, but there is a muni lot behind with plenty of parking.

            2. Where did you end up going?

I had the chicken wing appetizer special and the dan dan noodles at Han Dynasty. They were spicy and delicious.

After dinner I went next door and got some kimchee fried rice and Korean fried chicken to bring home. Also in the same plaza I am told the Greek restaurant Kuzina is also very good.
