Black Garlic in Montreal

Stax88 Jan 2, 2014 06:48 PM

I've been hearing about black garlic, which seems to be a Korean fermented garlic. It has greatly peaked my interest as I love all things garlic.

Anybody know where I can get this on montreal? A quick Google search shows chez Louis at JTM has some, but that is over a year old. Wondering if anybody else gas seen this around before I trek up this weekend.

I've seen it at Milano a few times. Call ahead because they don't always have it.

Have you tried the major Korean groceries, like the one on Sherbrooke W. near Grand, or the one on Ste-Catherine W.?

Edit: I haven't seen them there specifically, but if it's a Korean product maybe they have it or know where to get it?
