Carmine’s Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria on Jonestown is a great pick for family friendly Italian. My parents and I recently picked up take-out over the weekend. I had the spaghetti carbonara which is my favorite with the bacon and cheese. My Dad loves the spaghetti with meat sauce covered with baked cheese and topped with meatballs. He says the meatballs are the best he's had anywhere. Mom orders the traditional stromboli every visit. It is loaded with filling and will make several meals. Please take a look at my blog reveiw for pictures and more details.

Many people rave about Paul's and Vincenzo's, but I'm not a huge fan. I think the food at Carmine's on Jonestown Rd. is better and more authentic than either of them.

Paul's and Vincenzo's on Robinhood Road are good. Better is Kitchen Roselli in East Bend. A bit of a drive, but worth it.
