Kombu and wakame in Vancouver?

Anyone know where in Vancouver I can find kombu (giant kelp) or wakame seaweed? Lots of supermarkets seem to have nori, but I'm making miso soup, not sushi.

Thanks!

  1. Fujiya would most definitely have it, me thinks.

    1. Try the produce section in Whole Foods too (look for a variety of sea veggies on a peg display - the Kits store has a bunch of sea veggies on a pillar in the produce section IIRC).

      1. South China Seas Trading Co, in the market at Granville Island or at 1502 Victoria Drive.
