What are some of your favorite Restaurants in Northeast Ohio?

Got a top 5 or 10 that you absolutely love & recommend to others? Are they one's that you go to regularly or others that you've been to just once? Post any of those experiences here.

  1. In no particular order:

    Pupuseria La Benedicion
1.60 for a pupusa you need like 3 or 4 for a meal. Takes a lot time but amazingly delicious. Hard to beat. They don't speak English but you'll be ok. I got maybe 4-5 times a year.

Same Mike Symon food at much better prices that downtown. Not to fancy not to casual. Great date spot. Been 4 times since moving to NEO.

    Green House Tavern
A fun "experience" meal. It's nice to get this caliber of food in a fairly casual environment. Do the full tasting menu at least once. It will be way too much food but it is worth it. Split the tasting menu with a friend after you've done it once. Allow 2-3 hours to eat. Can't go wrong with menu items. This is my choice for bringing out of town friends to prove CLE has a good food scene. Been here 4-5 times I think. Good as a date or with a few friends and one time I brought my whole family (8 people). Great service every time.

    The Feve
Best burger in Lorain County. Great bar food. Good beers. Get a burger for the OT tots. I go here like at least once a month.

    Superior Pho
Amazing pho. Cool little spot. Does a few things really really well. Only been here once because parking was super frustrating but I will be back.

    Noodle Cat
I hesitated to put this on the list but hey. Creative dishes, a little too hip for comfort, but good food. Reason I hesitated was because the last time I went the portion size was much much smaller than the first time I went. Like close to half. I paid 20 dollars and left hungry. Good food though. Good spot to go if you are going to the House of Blues.
