Great chicken parm in city? Or great Asian dumplings?
My 18 yr old daughter loves chicken parm. I'd like to find a fun but really yummy place to take our family to dinner . She will be shopping in the city all day in the vintage clothing stores.
She also loves dumplings. So a fun dumpling place is great too. We are probably 7 or 8 people.
Byob would be an amazing bonus!
I'm a big fan of Villa di Roma's chicken parm. It's not BYOB but it's good, cheap old school Italian food.
Asian dumplings, I would probably go to the new Dim Sum Garden. Soup dumplings, as well as shu mai, potstickers etc are all on the menu and made fresh.
Alternatively if you want to combine dumplings and hand made noodles, Nan Zhou which is right next door to Dim Sum Garden would be a good place to go. Their curry chicken dumplings, while a bit different, are great along with their more traditional dumplings.
