5 Days in Savannah and Charleston!!!

Longtime Chowhound reader, first time poster. Two Yankees are heading to Savannah and Charleston for 5 days and wanting the best in Southern/Lowcountry food. This is what we're thinking of doing:

Day 1 (flight arrives in Savannah ~4pm):
Dinner @ The Olde Pink House

Day 2 (Savannah):
Lunch @ Lady and Sons
Dinner @ Elizabeth on 37th

Day 3 (Charleston):
Lunch @ Martha Lou's Kitchen
Dinner @ FIG

Day 4 (Charleston)
Lunch @ Butcher and Bee
Dinner @Husk

Day 5 (flight departs Charleston ~4pm)
Brunch @ Hominy Grill

For Savannah, I'm wondering if we should do lunch at Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room rather than Lady and Sons? It's my only chance to try Paula Deen's food but Mrs. Wilkes is a JBF America's Classics winner. Based on threads on here, Olde Pink House and Elizabeth on 37th seem like sure bets.

For Charleston, I'm considering doing my dinners at McCrady's and FIG with brunch at Husk? I'm a huge fan of Sean Brock's and want to try his spots, however, with all the national press being on Husk but with the Chowhounders loving McCrady's, I'm at odds on what to do. Honestly, brunch at Husk seems wrong to me. I'm fairly confident on my other Charleston choices.

Any help would be appreciated!

Savannah ~ I'd definitely skip Lady & Sons for Mrs. Wilkes. My one and definitely last experience with Paula Deen food was awful.

Charleston ~ great line up, too bad there's no room for MacIntosh. We loved it recently.
    Have a wonderful time.
