Capital Grille Hartford

I see the subject has opened. The courant did a "review" today, They mentioned a number of times that the beef is "dry aged" but never mention the USDA quality grade. Nor does the restaurants website. So I assume they are serving USDA Choice. Any insight? Has anyone been there yet?

  1. They serve choice, not prime. I only know this because it is a chain restaurant (Darden) and I was traveling on business and went to a Capital Grille in another state and this exact question came up in conversation.
