Recommendations for caterers for a bris in Manhattan?

Anyone here recently make a bris? I'm going to call 8th Day - they seem to do many here in Washington Heights, but I'm open to other suggestions.

  1. Mazal tov. Fairway is advertising bris catering, from it's supervised kitchen.

I imagine the food is great, but the prices....ouch.

    2. I was at a bris that 8th day catered recently. The food was good and plentiful , but the flow around the buffet was not optimal. I would discuss that with them if you use them. Mazel tov.

      1. Don't know if you are on the YU side of the Heights or planning to do it in a YU facility. If you are, you have to use their caterer. Not sure if you know this or if it's applicable. I've been to a bunch of brisim at Mt. Sinai and 8th Day has always done a fine job. I've been to ones with omelet stations and those without, ones with eggs and pancakes, and ones with all cold salads and bagels and pastries.

We're going to go with 8th Day at Mt. Sinai. Looked at a few other options, but they made the most sense. Thanks everyone.
