Used to buy chicken fat (frozen) at QFC in Bellevue. Informed today "we no longer carry that item." Where now (Eastside if possible)?

Uwajimaya (at least in the ID) has duck fat in the freezer. Would duck work?
The last time I bought it was at the Albertsons on Mercer Island. It was awhile ago. Also check the QFC in U village. You want stores with larger kosher sections.
Bake a chicken.Drain the drippings into a jar.Refrigerate.The yellow schmaltz will solidify on top.There you go.
