Caviar for 2013 in Greater Boston?

Hi All,

It seems there is no recent caviar thread, so where are you buying it this holiday season? Prices? Quality?

Lets forget the obvious ( and overpriced) Dewars and Savennors, unless by some miracle they have come to their senses on price.

Info on any kind is appreciated, but I am looking for ossetra if possible.

    I've found this: http://www.bazaarboston.com

Looks worth looking into in Brookline?

Yes, the last 3 years, osetra, excellent. I believe it was in a 2 oz jar under $100.00. They also have many selections available online.

I buy gorgeous salmon roe caviar from Bazaar but have not bought osetra or beluga there. I believe they are reputable and I would try either Bazaar or Baza in Newton.

I believe Marty's in Newton has it.
