Best at Mandalay Bay/Four Seasons?

We'll be at the Four Seasons for 3 nights next month and we're wondering what might be a good choice for dinner right in the hotel (Mandalay Bay complex). Our other 2 dinners will be at Le Cirque (natch) and either Sage or Bouchon (we like them both). One of us (me) eats everything, however my partner eats only fish or vegetarian options. Is there something really chow-worthy right in the hotel that will please us both?

In addition to RM seafood, verandah in the 4 seasons is very good; I prefer it to Charlie Palmer Steak. It has an Italian influenced menu and a good variety of fish and non meat options. It's very relaxing and we have always had good food and good service.

The best meal I ever ate was at Charlie Palmer Steak in the Four Seasons. If all members of the party were steak eaters this is where I would point people to go. But the OP has people in the party who only eat fish so I think RM Seafood is the way to go. You can get a decent steak at RM for those who prefer meat.

RUN...do not walk...to RM Seafood...and, please, do a little research on Rick Moonen before you go so that you can give even more respect to what he is doing here. He is a leader in the industry championing sustainability; combine that with his creativity and quality....simply wonderful.

I will 3rd this suggestion. I hesitated to answer since I only visit LV once a year but I make sure we get there each time. The oyster bar is grand, the service bustling and attentive, the setting is bright and pleasing. (Maybe a little loud because it stays busy, we just pull our chairs close.)
