  1. I like marche 27, Le filet and Le Richmond for tartare.
Don't hate me for suggesting you try making it at home. Both are incredibly easy to make if you have the freshest ingredients.

Does Marche 27 still do horse tartare?

Haven't seen it on the menu in a long time

      2. Grinder has a large raw menu. I wouldn't normally recommend it due to the douchiness factor, but I actually had a pretty decent meal there last week. Can't comment on the tartare, but it's their focus so should be half-decent.

Just a heads up that we have a policy against discussing incidents of food poisoning and other health department issues here on Chowhound (described in our etiquette: http://www.chow.com/guidelines ), even if they're confirmed. We'll leave up the link to the news article, but we'd ask that people not discuss the situation here. Thanks.

          2. The best I've had was at restaurant Il puntino in Anjou.

            1. you should try the rare beef salad at pho tai ho on st denis

it is a work of art. absolutely beautiful
