Cured unsmoked ham?

Where can I find a cured but unsmoked ham? I want to finish it in my smoker.

    If you need this for Xmas, it won't be inexpensive. Pingue of Queenston has unsmoked prosciutto at $73.50 Here is a link. http://www.niagaralocalfoodcoop.ca/sh... There is an Italian butcher on the Danforth who may have it.

    If you wait ubtil January, the larger stores such as Highland Farms, Loblaw, Sobeys, usually have whole pork legs around $1/lb, plus $4 packages of Readycure. I do a ham or a picnic evry January. ,
