  1. I'd start with the German Gourmet.

I believe German Gourmet only carries the pre-packaged versions - but they definitely do have them.

    2. Surprisingly and randomly Aldi grocery store carries a premade cherry stollen with a marzipan center and also a marzipan stollen. We tried the cherry stollen and it was delicious. During the holidays Aldi comes up with some seasonal items like this.

      Hope that helps!

      1. Heidelberg Bakery in Arlington has a pretty fabulous version. I'd never had a bakery-made stollen prior to buying theirs last year and it was a revelation! It's also expensive compared to the pre-packaged versions at World Market or Trader Joe's, but definitely worth it at least once.

        1. There is a baker at the Alexandria Farmers Market on Saturday mornings who has wonderful stollen with marzipan. I don't know the name of the baker, but he is on the right side of the fountain if you are facing City Hall.

Tivoli bakery (if they are still around) makes a good one.

The Swiss Bakery also has it.

          1. Yes, as Milocat1 says, The Swiss Bakery has stollen and it's a pretty dang good version.

            1. Praline in Bethesda has them.

              1. Wegmans, they make their own and they also have a boxed marzipan stollen in the commercial bakery section
