Chili Brick in the Twin Cities

First of all, I love you guys for all your help researching odd ingredients and requests- such a big help!

Anyhoo, my mom is looking for a chili brick (see the attached description if you need a clue).

As near as I can tell, this is no longer supplied via grocery stores, and only one company provides it for restaurant sales.

Perhaps someone knows more than I do; if so, my mum would be oh so happy. I'll probably need to put this on the General Topics Board.

        There is a place to enter your zip code to find the nearest retailer. It shows Illinois is the closest to me. And yes, I'm in the MSP metro area.
